The scenario is this; you downloaded and installed the newest version of iTunes and now iTunes is slow to respond. This thing generally only happens to PC users running Windows® and there is a solution. It is an involved process that can be completed remotely howeve some precautions need to be taken and in the end you may lose the playlists you created. Don't fear though, along the way we'll take the necessary steps to protect your music purchases and MP3's. The process involves uninstalling iTunes and removing every instance of iTunes from the Windows® Registry. Once that is completed then a simple re-installation of the most current version of iTunes and everything should be back to normal. |
