One of the most common issues Mac users face when installing new software is an OSX version conflict. This means the software you're attempting to install is not compatible with your current OS version. To check which version of OSX you're using click on the Apple® logo in the top left corner and select "About This Mac" from the menu. A dialog box will open and you should see your exact OSX version (10.X.X). Armed with this information the next thing to do is to check the system requirements for the software you're trying to install. If the version for the system requirements is =/< the version you found in the "About This Mac" dialog then you should be good to go. If however you're still experiencing problems getting your compatible software installed please call us, we'll be happy to help. If the software you're trying to install has system requirements for an OS version higher than the one you found in the "About This Mac" dialog then the solution is to find software compatible with your machine or upgrade your OSX version. If you are experiencing other software problems please call, we'll be happy to help you.
