If you have forgotten your user or admin password we can help you reset it and get you up and running again. If you are technically inclined and have your original OSX installation disks Boulder PC can talk you through the process over the telephone or you can follow the instructions below.

If you are not so inclined, no problem. We'll be happy to come to your location and reset your password for you. Either way it is important that you have your original OSX installation disks. If you have lost or misplaced them we may still be able to assist you. Give us a call and we'll discuss the options.
