Boulder PC urges you not to reload your OS until you're sure your data is backed up in a secure place, preferably on an external or secondary hard drive. Unfortunately, Data Recovery is our most frequently requested service by Macintosh owners.

If for some reason you can't access the data you need to backup, stop everything and call us. Performing a backup is a whole lot easier and cheaper than doing a full recovery after the fact. A backup insures your personal data is secure however significant data loss can occur if a recovery is needed.
